Anil Mehra is a Charted Accountant with nearly 40 years of experience in the finance sector with different organizations. He serves on the board of Dastkar. He is heading the Huma Resource, Admin, and Finance team of Mijwan Welfare Society and works in collaboration with MWS board and CEO.

Vivek is a Chartered Accountant and has been at the center of finance industry for over a decade now. His technical expertise includes carrying out audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Auditing Standards followed in India. He has expert knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles followed in India (Indian GAAP) and Ind AS. He is currently partner in Maheshwari Maheshwari & Co. Chartered Accountants He has done audit of various listed and unlisted manufacturing companies, trusts, broking firm, insurance sectors, NBFC and various Public Sector undertakings including PSU Banks.

Ashutosh Tripathi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience spanning the chartered accountancy domain and the non-profit sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Karnataka University and has also completed a specialized certification in Lean Six Sigma (Social Sector Process Improvement) from Genpact.Before joining Mijwan Welfare Society, Ashutosh worked with Alok Sharma & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and the TNP Group, where he gained extensive experience in financial management, compliance, and organizational development.

At Mijwan Welfare Society, Ashutosh brings a strong foundation in process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic program implementation. His work is driven by a deep commitment to creating sustainable social impact through education, empowerment, and capacity building.

Saleha has 20 years of Experience into Public Relations, Brand Communications & Marketing, Pageant Training into Communication Skills & Public Speaking. Executive Producer, Former Inflight Service Trainer.

Suneel Kumar Kushwaha is an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute of Design (NID) with over a decade of industry experience across renowned organizations such as Freedom Tree Design Studio, Weavtex Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Narayan Group, and Byju's. He is also an empanelled designer with the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Government of India (Empanelment Code: EDCR202116). He holds a Diploma in Textile Technology and has completed his post-graduation in Design from MAHGU. In addition to his professional design practice, he has served as a mentor and visiting faculty/jury member at Axis College, Kanpur. For the past few years, he has been contributing his expertise to the Mijwan Welfare Society (MWS), driving innovation and capacity building in the craft and design ecosystem.

Sanyogita Prajapati possesses over three decades of craftsmanship and training experience, honed in Mijwan village. As a pivotal figure and board member, she actively contributes to skill training, skill development, and a wide range of welfare programs and activities.

Manoj Prajapati holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU), Prayagraj, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. With over 11 years of experience in computer education, Manoj has served as a Senior Faculty member under NIELIT, where he has consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring students. In recognition of his unwavering commitment to inclusive education, Manoj was honored with the TAG 2024 Award for Leaving No Child Behind – Education Impact, organized by St. Paul School, Gorakhpur.

Amit has 6 years of working experience with Rajiv Gandhi Mahila Vikas Parioyojana as Community Facilitator and has completed his Bachelor of Arts from Sampurnanand University Varanasi.

Santosh is M.com from VBSPU university, Jaunour. He has 7 years of experience in the development sector. Before joining Mijwan Welfare Society, he has worked with some reputed NGOs like Jan Vikas Sansthan and UPNP.

Niraj Gond is a national-level badminton player turned seasoned coach and sports management expert. A graduate of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, he has trained young athletes at Sunbeam School, Shemford School, and the Mijwan Welfare Society.

Yoddha Gautam is an international Taekwondo player and a 1st Dan black belt from The Kukkiwon, South Korea. Renowned for his excellence across district to international levels, he now coaches at Kaifi Azmi Sports Academy with passion and discipline.
