

His professional work spans collaboration with national and international development agencies, consulting organizations and central and state governments, with a thematic focus on education, public health, labour and migration, human rights, child rights, women’s empowerment and sustainable rural livelihoods. His expertise includes programme planning and management, programme evaluation, research and development, policy analysis, institutional strengthening and capacity building.
Most recently, he contributed to the formulation of the State Action Plan for the Elimination of Child Labour in Uttar Pradesh (target 2030), working in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), UNICEF, UNDP, Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. His broader contributions include labour policy analysis, research on internal migration and the development of integrated livelihood frameworks aimed at inclusive and sustainable rural development.

Currently, as Deputy Manager at Mijwan Welfare Society, Mr. Prajapati is instrumental in driving the organization’s mission through strategic planning, program implementation, and rigorous monitoring of educational initiatives. His leadership focuses on capacity building and fostering inclusive, sustainable learning environments.
His dedication was notably recognized with the TAG 2024 ``Leaving No Child Behind`` (Education Impact) Award. Supplemented by professional experience in Delhi and Mumbai, his diverse background uniquely positions him as a versatile leader in the development and management sectors.
